Koch’s Corner – May 2021
Dear Leeds Elementary Families and Friends,
Thank you for a wonderful and productive school year during a time that quite honestly, could have been much less productive. I can’t thank all of the stakeholders in our students’ lives (all of you!) enough for the endless hours of making sure our students were happy, healthy, and ready to learn regardless of any situations both at home and at school. Special thanks to our SLS who, as usual, went above and beyond the call of duty to provide whatever was necessary to make sure the students and staff could be safe, happy, and effective in order to enhance the school experience for all.
This year could not have gone as smooth, and could not have been such a fantastic learning experience for our students without the endless energy, skills and devotion of the Leeds Elementary School Staff. I want to give a HUGE shout-out to this incredible group of professionals for a job well done. I can’t say enough about the love and dedication this staff has for our students and their families. I am so happy and proud to be able to be a part of the Leeds Family!
A final word to the Leeds Elementary students: Thank you for all your hard work, great attitudes, and hard work throughout the school year. I am so honored to be your principal; you make me proud to be a Leeds Elementary Future Star! You all keep me laughing, young at heart, and On My Toes!!! I am grateful for your smiles, thoughtful insight, and amazing talents. Best wishes to our graduating fifth graders, whom although I didn’t get much time with you, will miss greatly – please come back and visit! Everyone have a safe and happy summer break.
Until next school year, here’s wishing you love, laughter, and learning.
